Paleo Diet - The Diet Nature Intended

One of the easiest things to do in your personal life is to change what you eat. The Paleo Diet is a modern movement advocating the dietary habits of our tribal ancestors.

Instead of filling up on processed food and refined carbohydrates this takes it right back to the basics. Whatever you could find roaming or growing in the wild is okay to eat.

It is healthier for you to eat paleolithic foods. Wild foods are what our bodies evolved to eat over 200,000 years. The modern diet is filled with toxins and slows down our digestive system.

About The Paleo Diet

The foods to eat are vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, shoots, eggs, fish, poultry and meat. Refined carbohydrates like grains are not able to be digested by our bodies when they are raw. Therefore they are no good for us. Obviously modern processed food is off the menu with paleolithic eating.

Why I'm Not Vegetarian

There isn't one set of rules that applies to humans and one that applies to every other creature. Other creatures eat meat and so can humans. The circle of life is eat and be eaten. Our dead bodies are fed upon just as we feed on others. Consciousness and morality are irrelevant arguments. A conscious lion would not find it immoral to eat antelope. So why should we find it immoral?
